Overview
Emotional Release therapy, known as the Emotion Code, is a form of energy healing which identifies and releases negative energies or imbalances within the body caused by past emotional events. This simple, yet effective healing method works by detecting negative emotions, referred to as trapped emotions, stored in the subconscious mind, protecting us from further suffering. The Emotion Code finds trapped emotions which when not released can be the underlying cause of or contribute to physical and emotional issues. Because trapped emotions are made of energy, like the rest of the body, they can affect physical tissues, organs and overall wellness causing pain, malfunction, and possibly disease. Trapped emotions can impact how you think, the choices that you make, and how you react to everyday challenges. When released, conditions within the body improve, allowing it to heal physically and emotionally.

Who Is This For?

Animals can also have trapped emotions.
