Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Certified Natural Health Professional, Certified Lyme Specialist, Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, Endocannabinoid Professional, Licensed Ecclesiastical Holistic Practitioner
As a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, I am passionate about helping people achieve optimal health through natural methods and lifestyle changes. I guide my clients in understanding the body’s innate ability to heal, empowering them with knowledge and tools to support their wellness. My journey into natural health stems from both personal and professional experiences, giving me the compassion and insight to truly connect with each client and walk alongside them on their health journey. My goal is to be a trusted resource, helping clients feel confident and equipped to care for themselves while embracing the treasures God has provided for their health.
I am trained in a variety of holistic modalities to help uncover the root causes of symptoms, illness, or imbalance—whether physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual. My approach focuses on natural healing methods such as nutrition, quality supplements, sleep, herbal remedies, movement, and stress reduction. I specialize in supporting individuals with Lyme Disease and other chronic illnesses, helping them address complex symptoms and navigate the often overlooked challenges of long-term infection. While I do not diagnose disease, prescribe pharmaceuticals, or perform invasive procedures, I partner with clients to provide guidance, support, and education so they can take back control of their health and live free from dis-ease. My practice is based in State College, Pennsylvania, where I support clients both locally and virtually.
I hold multiple certifications from the Trinity School of Natural Health, including Holistic Health Practitioner, Natural Health Professional, Lyme Specialist, and Endocannabinoid Professional. I am also a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner and a Licensed Ecclesiastical Holistic Practitioner, equipping me to support my clients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
My academic background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Carlow University and a Master’s Degree in Correctional Administration from Mount Aloysius College. I integrate my understanding of psychology and experience in social services to support the mental and emotional well-being of my clients. I believe that true health encompasses the mind, body, and spirit, and that nurturing all aspects of ourselves is essential to living fully and functioning at our best.
I am excited to continue growing in the natural health field and sharing methods that support healing of the mind, body, and soul, helping my clients thrive in all areas of life.
